We have a 30 day no-hassle returns policy. If for any reason you don’t like the product or have simply changed your mind, no problem, just let us know and you can return for a full refund or an exchange.

 

To be eligible the item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Where possible please try and keep it with the original packaging.

 

If you wish to return or exchange an item just email us at: customerservice@nordvek.com for full details. or return to: Nordvek, 8 Hawkhill Avenue, Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 8AS. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty in which case we will provide a pre-paid label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Once your return is received a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note this can take 3 days to appear. If after 3 days you still haven't received your refund then contact us at: customerservice@nordvek.com

 

Please be aware if we receive an item we believe to be worn or not in its original condition we reserve the right not to issue a full refund.

 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
